Our promise to beta users
When paid plans launch, beta workspaces will be able to continue at a major discount on whichever tier they choose. It won't be free forever, but we'll take care of the people who showed up early.
We'll give you at least 60 days' notice before any pricing change, and you can export your donors, asks, interactions, and moves at any time.

We don't have a fixed date yet. We're focused on making the beta excellent first. When we're ready, we'll give every beta workspace at least 30 days' notice before any pricing change.
Small teams will always have a free plan. If your usage outgrows the free tier later, you'll be able to keep viewing and exporting your data while you decide.
Yes — CSV export is available today, and we'll keep it available on every plan. Your data is yours.
A gift officer seat is anyone who manages a portfolio of donors. Read-only board members are not counted as seats on any tier — they're included free, scoped to the specific prospects you assign them.
